Jess Pepper

Since completing high school, Jess’ move into administration roles felt natural as she loves the customer service and organisational aspects of the job. Being constantly challenged and learning something new every day in this industry keeps Jess on her toes. 

She was drawn to the Future team after witnessing our motivating and vibrant culture (her words not ours, promise) and our shared values of kindness, support, equality and fun. 

When Jess isn’t at work, she’s baking a dessert and wishing for the day that her beloved St Kilda can *finally* bring home a premiership. Her ideal weekend involves an early start to spend time with her partner, grabbing a coffee and going for a long walk.
