Phil graduated with a Bachelor or Science (Accountancy) at the same time as gaining on-the-job experience in his local government’s accounting office. He went on to work for five years as the bookkeeper and accountant for a food manufacturing, cold storage and logistics company, followed by another five for various Australian companies in similar roles.

A passion for numbers since childhood shone through via his family’s food and retail business and whilst at school, Phil joined the Youth Entrepreneur’s Club where his interest in business fully came to fruition.

Phil loves getting to know different clients, how their business works and figuring out the kind of impact he can have for them. He knew Future was the team for him after the positive, supportive vibe was clear in his interviews. Now, Phil loves the open and sharing nature of the team – always looking to up-skill and support each other.

Outside of work, Phil is kept busy with his daughter Neri and two cats Buddy and Billy. He loves karaoke, cooking and any kind of outdoor activity.
