Rosie reckons every office needs a token Kiwi so we suppose she’s ours 😉 Growing up in the Channel Islands, next door to France, then moving to New Zealand at 7 and finally to Melbourne for the last few years means Rosie has some tales to tell!

She started her career as a receptionist in an accounting firm 12 years ago. After working her way through a couple more, Rosie understands how all the puzzle pieces fit to make a successful firm hum. She loves structure and planning, organisation and proactivity. Sounds like a recipe for the perfect Practice Manager to us…

Rosie enjoys that no two days in her role are the same, which gives her the opportunity to learn and try new things constantly. Helping the people around her reach their full potential as a vital support person in the team brings Rosie fulfilment and joy. She loved the look of our social channels – being able to get insight into our culture and team members is what won her over.

Outside of work, Rosie loves to travel, hunt down a new bar or restaurant (her list never seems to get shorter) or catch a live performance somewhere. Brixton (Bikkie) is her much-loved adopted dog and you will find them exploring together most weekends.
