We Are Charlotte is a people and culture business that Jessica Trumble founded during the pandemic to help small businesses with people management. She joined Jase, Teva and the Future Advisory team early on, and says the sophistication they brought to the business has set it up well.
Who they are
Jessica Trumble held an HR leadership role across the APAC region. Returning to work after her second baby, she planned to freelance as a consultant delivering coaching and learning programs. The pandemic created an urgent need to help small businesses navigate people management, and Charlotte was born.
What they do
We Are Charlotte supports businesses with people and culture. Jessica says the vast majority of its growth has come from referrals, which she puts down to strong client relationships, quality work and an ethos of being good people.
